Larissa and Cameron had a beautiful outdoor wedding in Southern California, at Lake Oak Meadows. The wedding brought guests from all over the world, and the event felt like a weekend long family & friend reunion. It was a true celebration, and an honor to be a part of such a fun event.

Friends and family from New Zealand, thank you for bringing The Haka to this wedding! (Feel free to have me come shoot your weddings that side of the world!)

Hi Everyone!

It has been a busy and fun last few months, and the blog has been neglected. I just wanted stop in and write a short note to let you know I’m still here, and that blog posts will start showing up again next week. I have a lot of catching up to do, and some work that I am very excited to share with you all. I’ve included just a few teasers!

Grace & Noah were married at her family’s beautiful country home on a gorgeous evening. It was a perfect day and night, that came together with beautiful details, an intimate location, perfect weather, and great people. Noah and Grace were relaxed throughout the day giving the wedding a very natural feel, and making it fun for everyone involved.

Beautiful details were the handy work of close friends and family.

Jonny & Suzie are getting married this summer! We set out to give them some practice time in front of the camera, and to take some engagement photos. Their wedding will be in Iowa, where Suzie is from, it should be a fun time with family, and we will see if we can get some corn and hay bails in the photos! There is something about being in-between the craziest fans and the making of live music. It was a great night, with lots of good music. The press part of my pass was just for the Cake segment but I was able to step back and enjoy other great music too. Jaime and Ben! I can’t say that I have ever had the opportunity to take part in any wedding quite like theirs! The wedding was beautiful and full of meaning. Location: The Urban Light Studios in Seattle, Washington. It was a gorgeous celebration with nothing “normal” about it, I think not being normal was the goal and this let their creative personalities come through in the details. The special Star Wars guests were there in honor of Jaimie’s brother who was a big fan and recently passed away [10MY].
